A graduate thesis http://www.lunwentianxia.com/product.sf.3190537.1/ 论文简介：目的：1．观察补肾调冲法对接受体外受精(IVF)治疗的患者卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的预防效果及对患者卵泡液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、雌二醇(E)水平的影响，并探讨其作用机理。2．探讨接受IVF治疗的患者卵泡液中VEGF的水平与OHSS的关系。 方法：1．入选66例接受IVF治疗的患者随机分为试验组(二至天癸颗粒合西药组)33例和对照组(西药组)33例，比较两组患者取卵日肾虚证侯较垂体降调节后的改善情况，患者用药后OHSS发生率的差异，HCG日血清E2水平，卵泡液VEGF水平，促性腺激素(Gn)用量，Gn天数的差异。2．比较发生OHSS的患者与未发生OHSS的患者卵泡液中VEGF、E水平的差异。3．比较两组患者卵泡液中VEGF、E水平的相关性及对照组患者卵泡液中VEGF水平与Gn用量的相关性。 结果：1．与对照组相比，试验组肾虚证侯明显改善，OHSS发生率降低。2．试验组卵泡液VEGF水平，Gn用量，Gn天数明显低于对照组。3．发生OHSS的患者卵泡液VEGF水平比未发生OHSS的患者水平高。4．两组患者卵泡液中VEGF、E水平有明显的相关性。对照组患者卵泡液中VEGF水平与Gn用量无相关性。 结论：1．补肾调冲法通过改善肾虚证侯明显降低OHSS发生，其机理可能与调控卵泡液中VEGF、E水平，激活卵泡液微环境VEGF、E活性有关。2．补肾调冲法可明显减少Gn用量，Gn天数，减轻病人的痛苦及经济负担。3．发生OHSS的患者卵泡液VEGF水平明显高于未发生OHSS的患者，提示VEGF可能参与了OHSS的发病机制；卵泡液VEGF水平可以作为预测OHSS发生的检测指标。4．在超促排卵过程中，VEGF是否可作为。肾阳虚水湿泛滥的监测指标有待进一步探讨。
